I know a lot of people know this option in Window 7, but this could be useful information for beginners and to everyone out there who doesn’t know this. See the instruction below with images.

Step 1

Just simply right-mouse click on the program that you’re having issues with and choose Troubleshoot compatibility.

Step 2

Program Compatibility runs and just wait for few seconds while it is detecting issues and you will then chose a troubleshooting option. If you’re not a computer savvy I recommend choosing the first option which is the the “Try recommended settings”. For advanced users, you can choose the second option but in this simple guide I will show how it’s done using the recommended one.

Step 3

After choosing the recommended solution you will the see the settings applied on your application/program. At this point just simply click on “Start the program” button and it will run the program for you with the settings that windows thinks the solution of the problem.
